Product Expertise

These checklists are then followed by the inspector in the factory to test the accuracy of your products.

Quality Standards

We use the internationally recognized Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards for all Product Inspections. For each Inspection, this allows the client to set their acceptable quality tolerance levels.

Representing your interests in the factory, we inspect as per your specifications and/or sample provided. Providing you a detailed report with pictures, enabling you to make an informed decision to accept or reject the production.

Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)

The Acceptable Quality Level, commonly referred to as AQL, is a method widely used to measure a production order sample to determine whether the order as a whole has met the customers’ quality standards and specifications. The customer then has the data to make an informed decision to accept or reject the lot.

AsiaInspection inspectors use the ISO 2859 tables to measure the AQL of the products they inspect. These tables are a United States standard with equivalents in all national and international standardization organizations (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, ISO 2859, NF06-022, BS 6001, DIN 40080).

Your Inspection report will clearly state if your production has passed or failed your selected AQL.

How do I determine the right sample size and acceptance number?

For a hypothetical Inspection of a production with 4,000 units, with an Acceptable Quality Level of II, Table A indicates a general inspection level of "L".
